    Pre-paid Treatments:

    • Setting up Pre-pay treatments are made during an initial consultation with our Cosmetic specialist.

    • Pre-pay treatments accumulate according to the pre-payment schedule set up by our clinic in agreement with you. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas. Exceptions are made if the treatment is purchased and we find that you are unsuitable for the treatment.

    • Pre-pay have a 3-month expiry date on the date of purchase. Excluding Anti-wrinkle treatments

    • If we find that your medical suitability changes after consultation and/or after purchasing a pre-paid treatment (e.g. you become pregnant), we will extended the expiry date to 1 year (on the date of purchase).

    • Cancellations to any pre-paid appointment must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or a no show to the appointment will have your treatment session forfeited. You agree to these terms when you purchase a pre-paid treatment in our clinic.
